Bio:
Married To Saskia Hayes, who is a 1st. Dan Black Belt in IKF Karate.
One Daughter, Savannah "Terminator" Hayes, who is a2nd. Dan Black Belt in IKF Karate.
Achieved 1st. Dan Black Belt in December, 2007.
Achieved 2nd. Dan Black Belt in March, 2009.
Currently trains under Sensei and Renchi Mike Nichols
Personal:
I work fulltime as a Massage Therapist at my clinic in Cahaba Heights. I have studied and trained in a variety of Martial Arts, Aikido, BJJ, and Shotakan, to name a few. I found a home here in IKF Karate. IKF Karate is no longer a hobby, but a lifestyle.

Cahaba Heights Elementary
Monday & Wednesday
Beginners: 2:45 - 3:45 p.m.
Advanced: 3:50 - 4:50 p.m.
